The service provides an AI assistant that supports creating listing descriptions for Allegro.
The owner and operator of the service is SellFox.pl.
Using the service means acceptance of these terms.

§2. Definitions

User means a natural person or legal entity using SellFox.pl.
Allegro means the marketplace platform operated by Allegro.pl sp. z o.o.
Content means listing descriptions, titles, product attributes, and other generated text materials.
Subscription means paid access to the service for one month.

§3. Scope of the Service

SellFox.pl provides an AI-powered tool supporting listing creation.
Generated content is supportive in nature and should be verified by the user before publication.
SellFox.pl does not guarantee compliance with Allegro rules, legal accuracy, or commercial effectiveness of generated content.

§4. Liability

The user is fully responsible for all content published under their account.
SellFox.pl is not liable for listing removals, account restrictions, or third-party sanctions.
Users are obligated to review and adjust generated content before using it publicly.

§5. Subscription and Payments

Service access is provided in a subscription model.
Subscription fees are charged in advance for the selected billing period.
Cancellation can be made at any time, but fees for the active period are non-refundable.
SellFox.pl may update pricing and payment terms with prior notice.

§6. Service Availability

SellFox.pl aims to provide continuous service availability.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or external factors beyond reasonable control.
Temporary downtime does not create grounds for financial claims.

§7. Business Data and Confidentiality

Users may provide business data required to operate the service.
SellFox.pl can process data for service delivery, model improvement, and analytics in aggregated or anonymized form.
SellFox.pl does not disclose identifiable confidential user data to third parties unless legally required.

§8. Intellectual Property

All rights to the software, interface, and SellFox brand remain with SellFox.pl.
Users receive a non-exclusive license to use the service for their business needs.
SellFox.pl does not claim copyright ownership of content published by users.

§9. Final Provisions

These terms are governed by Polish law.
Disputes are resolved by the court competent for the service provider's registered office.
SellFox.pl may update these terms and will publish the current version on its website.
